A Base Order of Blueprints from Caddhomes© licenses the purchaser to construct a single residence. These plans include the following drawings:

Cover Sheet: graphic Lower and Upper Floor Plans and Front Elevation
Specification Sheet: containing a List of Symbols and Abbreviations
Foundation Plan @ 1/4" (Specify Full Basement or Crawl Space)
Foundation Details for 8' poured concrete walls
Lower Floor Plan including electrical diagram @ 1/4"
Upper Floor Plan including electrical diagram @ 1/4"
Front Elevation @ 1/4"
Side and Rear Elevations @ 1/8"
Framing Diagrams: Lower Floor, Upper Floor, and Roof Framing diagrams showing span direction and depth of Floor Joists and a layout diagram for Roof Trusses and Rafters. Structural header, beam, post, and column specifications shall be provided by the purchaser's Designer of Record.

Compliance with Codes: Depending on where you live, you may need to modify your plans to comply with local building requirements (snow and wind loads, energy codes, seismic zones, stairway configurations, etc.). All Caddhomes© plans are designed to meet the specifications of seismic zones I or II. Caddhomes© authorizes the use of our blueprints expressly conditioned upon your obligation and agreement to strictly comply with all local building codes, ordinances, regulations, and requirements, including permits and inspections at the time of construction.

Planning Set:The purpose of this Planning Set is to provide you with a scaled drawing of the Floor plans and elevations with which you can determine proper room sizes and lot proportions before you proceed with purchasing a full plan for construction. Planning Sets are not licenced for construction. It is not legal to build from a Planning Set. When you have decided the plan is right for you, you can call 1-800-722-2432 to upgrade to the appropriate number of legal construction sets. You will receive a full credit for the same plan. Planning Sets are printed just for you, and are not returnable or exchangeable.

License to Construct Multiple Homes from our Reproducible Plans: By purchasing a Base Order Reproducible Set or electronic data CAD files, a purchaser may construct multiple homes from our plans.

Purchase of electronic Data CAD file: Caddhomes offers CAD files containing the Base Order drawings and specifications in AutoCad .dwg format. Purchase of these plans is subject to a License Agreement specifying the purchasers use rights of the files. With these files a purchaser may modify the plans easily using current AutoCad Computer Aided Drafting software.
